Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and acquaint them with the property
• Explain venue, check guests in, and equip them with tools to play
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, and ice cream
• Assist guests with retail purchases and maintain golf shop stock
• Maintain cleanliness of golf courses, golf shop areas, and restrooms
• Answer phone calls and inquiries regarding pricing, membership, and venue information
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the POS system
• Assist guests with course rules and the PopStroke app

Requirements

• Previous guest service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Prior POS system experience preferred
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for long periods
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs
