About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and acquaint them with the property
- Explain venue rules, check guests in, and provide equipment
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and ice cream
- Assist guests with retail purchases and maintain golf shop stock
- Maintain cleanliness of golf courses, golf shop, and restrooms
- Handle cash and credit transactions using the POS system
- Answer phone inquiries regarding pricing, membership, and venue information
- Assist guests with course rules and the PopStroke app
Requirements
- Previous guest service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Prior POS system experience preferred
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for long periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs
