Golden Harvest Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of professional resellers
• Drive demand for the hybrid seed portfolio through consultative selling and recognized expertise
• Deliver strategic plans and offers to targeted customers via selected channel partners
• Create customer-level demand by ensuring product knowledge and interest in Syngenta solutions
• Coach Seed Advisors on product placement to improve customer satisfaction
• Manage operational budgets, variable selling expenses, and marketing funds within district guidelines
• Develop territory-level business plans to identify growth opportunities and tactics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field (or a non-agriculture degree with significant farming industry experience)
• 2+ years of experience in sales or sales leadership
• Ability to work independently on a virtual team
• Must live within the Eastern Nebraska territory

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in agricultural sales
