About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate training sessions focusing on fundamental skills, movements and techniques
- Manage and coach goalkeepers during matches and tournaments
- Provide tactical instructions and encourage positive sportsmanship
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with players, parents and coaching staff
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all players adhering to Foundation policies
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and player development
Requirements
- Experience in goalkeeper coaching, ideally within a talent development environment
- FA/UEFA qualified goalkeeping coach (ideally Level 2/UEFA C or above)
- Reliable, organised, and flexible
- Availability for evening, weekend, and/or holiday work
