Goalkeeper Coach

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate training sessions focusing on fundamental skills, movements and techniques
• Manage and coach goalkeepers during matches and tournaments
• Provide tactical instructions and encourage positive sportsmanship
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with players, parents and coaching staff
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all players adhering to Foundation policies
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and player development

Requirements

• Experience in goalkeeper coaching, ideally within a talent development environment
• FA/UEFA qualified goalkeeping coach (ideally Level 2/UEFA C or above)
• Reliable, organised, and flexible
• Availability for evening, weekend, and/or holiday work
