Go-to-Market Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market efforts for hardware products throughout their entire lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, validation, manufacturing, launch, and sustaining
• Drive project priorities to ensure products meet schedule, scope, and budget targets while proactively managing risks and obstacles
• Collaborate with matrixed teams across hardware, software, marketing, and operations to resolve issues and close execution gaps
• Communicate product status and updates to internal stakeholders and executive leadership
• Improve product quality by monitoring customer feedback post-launch and managing internal beta testing integration

Requirements

• BS degree or greater in an engineering field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of professional working experience
• Hands-on experience with hardware product development
• Strong fundamentals in project, program, or product management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence decisions and lead teams within a matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully delivering products from concept through launch
• Deep understanding of hardware design fundamentals and product development processes
• Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) processes, including manufacturing, quality, RMA, and EOL
• Master’s degree in engineering or business
• Professional PM certification or specialized training
