Go-To-Market Partnerships Manager, SME & Growth

Responsibilities

• Educate partners on the Airwallex product suite and manage day-to-day operations and maintenance.
• Nurture and deepen relationships with key partners to strengthen executive-level connections.
• Devise and execute initiatives and campaigns to drive scalable growth across partner groups.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks or objections to obtain buy-in from partners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in partnership management, marketing, or business development.
• Proven experience in negotiation and partnership proposal development.
• Experience working in sales, tech, or within a fast-growing startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
