Go-To-Market Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain systems for lead routing, opportunity management, and sales handoffs
• Drive strategic integration of the GTM tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo
• Design and deploy AI-native automations and LLM-powered tools to improve deal velocity
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Orchestrate multi-system enrichment and scoring workflows to improve data quality
• Build automations, reports, and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making
• Develop documentation and runbooks to support user adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or software engineering
• Hands-on experience with modern GTM tech stacks and SQL
• Experience building systems that support sales pipelines and customer lifecycles
• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or refugee/asylum status required due to export control laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience prototyping or shipping LLM-powered workflows using OpenAI API or similar platforms
