Responsibilities
- Design onboarding paths and certification tracks for AEs, BDRs, SEs, and CSMs
- Create enablement content including sales playbooks, objection-handling guides, and pitch frameworks
- Develop use-case driven workshops, hands-on demos, and training bootcamps
- Drive adoption of enablement tools like Highspot and Seismic
- Build scalable onboarding and enablement programs for Channel partners via a Partner Academy
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to develop customer onboarding journeys and training libraries
- Manage the setup, governance, and optimization of LMS/CMS platforms
- Track enablement KPIs such as time-to-productivity and certification completion
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Sales, Partner, or Technical Enablement role
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or high-growth B2B tech
- Proven experience building programs for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience implementing and administering enablement tools (Highspot, Seismic, or LMS platforms)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, cloud security, or threat detection technologies
