About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the regional Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for Enterprise Business Applications, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Adobe, and Anaplan.
- Partner with industry-aligned client partners and sales executives to identify, pursue, and solution complex business opportunities.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Solution Lead during the pursuit process to drive targeted sales motions.
- Provide engagement oversight and governance for Salesforce projects to ensure high-quality delivery and mitigate risk.
- Mentor and upskill delivery team members through practice leadership and the establishment of best practices.
- Manage financial aspects of the capability, including growth projections, revenue forecasting, and cost management.
- Support talent management through participation in hiring, staffing, and workforce planning.
Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience in large or boutique consulting environments with a focus on pipeline generation and delivery quality.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Salesforce cloud solutions.
- Deep technical understanding of Salesforce architecture.
- Active Salesforce certifications (or the ability to achieve them upon hire).
- Expert-level program management and delivery skills.
- Strong expertise in business operations, including proposal development, SOWs, price modeling, and margins.
- Exposure to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Excellent communication and C-level relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of industry verticals such as healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain, public sector, or financial services.
- Experience driving thought leadership at external conferences and industry events.
