Go-To-Market Delivery Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a go-to-market strategy for the Delivery capability within the Portland market.
• Partner with Client Partners and Sales Executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Serve as a Solution Lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME) during client pursuits and RFPs.
• Own a revenue target ranging from $5M to $8M.
• Mentor a team of direct reports and practitioners within the Capability community.
• Contribute to client engagements through billable roles as a Delivery Solution Lead or SME.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to execute thought leadership events and campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a delivery consulting environment with a background in billable work.
• Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution at the intersection of business and technology.
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end delivery engagements and shape complex solutions.
• Experience working across modern technology landscapes, including Cloud, Data, and AI initiatives.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
• Confident executive presence with the ability to engage CXOs as a peer.
• Ability to work onsite in the Portland, OR metropolitan area up to 5 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry expertise in retail, natural energy/resources, or the public sector.
• Experience operating effectively within complex, matrixed organizational environments.
