About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive a go-to-market strategy for the Delivery capability within the Northern California market.
  • Partner with Client Partners and Sales Executives to identify opportunities and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Own a revenue target of $5M to $8M through strategic business development and solutioning.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and Solution Lead during high-stakes client pursuits and RFPs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of direct reports and practitioners within the capability community.
  • Contribute to delivery through billable roles as a Delivery Solution Lead or SME with a 45% utilization target.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to execute thought leadership events and demand generation campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end complex delivery engagements in a consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and achieve revenue targets within a professional services firm.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage CXOs as a peer and trusted advisor.
  • Experience working across modern technology landscapes, including Cloud, Data, and AI.
  • Ability to balance strategic market planning with hands-on execution and delivery.
  • Experience in delivery disciplines such as product management, program delivery, or integrated solution delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong background in the Technology industry.
  • Experience operating effectively within complex, matrixed organizational environments.
