About the role
About the Company
Kombo (YC '22) is a unified API for HR, payroll, LMS, and recruiting systems. Instead of building dozens of integrations themselves, companies integrate once with us and we handle the differences in data models, auth, and API behavior across 100+ systems.
Responsibilities
- Generate demand from a curated list of accounts to drive ARR
- Research and identify how to reach the ideal customer profile within the market
- Develop a deep understanding of the product, customers, and buying behaviors
- Formulate strategic points of view on outbound messaging and engagement
- Collaborate with Account Executives in pods to prioritize and win top accounts
- Help onboard new hires and share successful account strategies as the team grows
Requirements
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ownership and structured, independent thinking
- Bias toward action and iterative learning
- Ability to work in person with a team in Berlin
- No specific sales experience required; background in consulting, analytics, or generalist roles is welcome
Preferred Qualifications
- Curiosity and humility in customer discovery
- Desire for rapid career growth within GTM functions
