GNFR Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into concrete procurement planning
• Lead tenders from A to Z in collaboration with budget holders and suppliers
• Support negotiations to achieve the best price-quality ratio
• Manage the signing and archiving of contracts
• Maintain and manage contracts and catalogs in SAP Ariba
• Act as a point of contact for SAP Ariba usage and operational issues
• Provide insights into savings, processes, and improvement opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, tendering, or contract management
• Strong analytical skills for supplier and quote evaluation
• Business mindset focused on operational needs
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Affinity with digital systems (SAP Ariba experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in Dutch and English
