GMP Training Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as the site process owner for GMP training, developing and delivering cGMP and cGDP curricula.
• Support training development for contamination control and aseptic behavior related to biological drug product manufacture, filling, and packaging.
• Administer the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors) and facilitate New Employee Orientation.
• Conduct aseptic training, including gowning qualifications and classroom process simulations.
• Perform spot checks and audits of aseptic techniques and behaviors during operations.
• Observe aseptic process simulations (media fills) to evaluate best practices.
• Collaborate with Operations, QC, and QA teams to analyze training effectiveness and address error-prone processes or incident trends.
• Drive continuous process improvements related to GMP and aseptic training execution.

Requirements

• BS degree in engineering, biology, chemistry, microbiology, virology, immunology, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging.
• Proficiency in adult learning methodologies.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical production methods and cGMP.
• Knowledge of FDA, APHIS, VMD, and USDA regulations applicable to the pharmaceutical/biological industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aseptic and biological product formulation (blend/fill/lyophilization), packaging, and/or testing.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
