Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to attract high-end clientele
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns highlighting venue offerings
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear objectives and ensuring targets are met
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in sales and marketing
• Experience within luxury hospitality or event management sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
