About the role

About the Company

Marble is building the new operating system for youth mental health by connecting schools, therapists, and health plans on a single platform to unlock access to care today and raise the standard of care for tomorrow.

Responsibilities

  • Run a structured discovery process across potential new distribution channels including customer interviews and hypothesis testing
  • Launch and scale at least one non-school distribution channel from zero to generating meaningful referral volume
  • Identify and stand up a second service line within the existing school base and drive the first 1,000 visits
  • Build the commercial organization including lead gen, AEs, and success functions
  • Define success metrics for experiments, analyze results rigorously, and make fast calls on scaling or killing initiatives
  • Operate cross-functionally to version the product and experience for new audiences

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in BD, growth, or general management
  • Experience at an early-stage company building something from scratch
  • Proven track record of starting and scaling a partnerships or channel function, ideally in healthcare
  • Strong discovery and sales skills
  • Ability to design experiments, interrogate funnels, and analyze unit economics
  • Low ego and outcome-obsessed mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare referral ecosystem
