Responsibilities

• Own the full marketplace business, including expert supply and customer demand
• Manage the strategy for recruiting, vetting, activating, and retaining a high-quality bench of human and AI experts
• Optimize the customer acquisition funnel and conversion rates across various categories
• Identify and launch new categories for expansion
• Develop and grow enterprise partnerships for workforce upskilling and outplacement
• Manage P&L and drive growth vectors for the marketplace

Requirements

• Proven experience as a GM, operator, or founder at a marketplace or platform business
• Experience as a revenue or growth leader in edtech, coaching, or content industries
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning a P&L or major business line
• Proficiency with marketplace metrics such as GMV, take rate, conversion, LTV, CAC, and NPS
• AI-native mindset with experience integrating AI into workflows
• High-agency approach to problem-solving and business building
