About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the global commercial capability strategy for the Sales organization
- Partner with Sales leadership to diagnose capability gaps and design scalable development solutions
- Translate company strategy and product innovation into commercial capabilities
- Recruit and lead a global team responsible for sales methodology, onboarding, and skill development
- Establish capability benchmarks and link development to measurable commercial outcomes like pipeline quality and revenue performance
- Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, HR, Product, and Finance
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Effectiveness, Sales Leadership, or Sales Consulting
- Experience in high-growth technology or digital advertising environments
- Proven track record of designing and implementing global sales methodologies or capability frameworks
- Experience creating diverse learning experiences including workshops, coaching, and digital curriculum
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills
- Experience coaching sales leaders and partnering with executive stakeholders
- Direct experience in revenue-generating roles
- Ability to travel globally up to 25%
- Experience managing global teams across Americas, EMEA, and APAC
