About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the global commercial capability strategy for the Sales organization to drive durable revenue growth.
- Partner with Sales leadership to diagnose capability gaps and design scalable development solutions.
- Build and recruit a global team responsible for sales methodology, onboarding, skill development, and leadership coaching.
- Establish capability frameworks that define performance benchmarks for sellers and managers.
- Link capability development to measurable commercial outcomes, including pipeline quality, deal velocity, and revenue performance.
- Translate product innovation and market dynamics into practical sales playbooks and learning experiences.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Effectiveness, Sales Leadership, or Sales Consulting.
- Proven experience designing and implementing sales methodologies or commercial operating models.
- Demonstrated ability to measure the impact of training and link it to business outcomes.
- Experience managing global teams with exposure to Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills.
- Ability to travel globally up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth technology or digital advertising environments.
- Direct experience in revenue-generating roles or client partnerships.
- Strong analytical acumen and experience with data-driven decision-making.
