GLOWH Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month intensive graduate program designed to develop next-generation leaders in the cement industry
• Gain hands-on production experience, moving from theoretical knowledge to practical implementation
• Work directly on sustainability transformations and climate-neutral production processes
• Engage with plant management and cross-functional teams to understand the full scope of the cement business
• Take on responsibility within a production environment to drive operational excellence

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• Strong leadership potential and the ability to inspire teams
• A hands-on mentality and willingness to work in a production setting (including wearing safety gear)
• High level of resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• A proactive, curious mindset focused on problem-solving and sustainability
