Global Workplace Experience Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage Office Managers across all Fluidstack locations and set workplace standards
• Own the global workplace budget and monitor spend across all offices
• Negotiate and manage multi-office vendor relationships
• Act as the escalation point for complex workplace issues, such as lease issues or multi-office rollouts
• Hire, coach, and develop new Office Managers as new sites open

Requirements

• Experience managing a team of people who own individual sites, spaces, or territories
• Proven track record running multi-location vendor programs
• Experience managing budgets that roll up across multiple sites
• Ability to coach managers to solve problems independently
• Experience hiring and onboarding operations or workplace professionals
• Strong communication skills under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience opening new offices or scaling workplace programs across multiple countries
• Familiarity with workplace technology platforms (access systems, desk booking, AV)
