Global Workplace Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global workplace strategy aligned with company growth plans
• Lead workplace operations across offices, field locations, and future global sites
• Partner with leadership to evaluate, select, and scale new office and workplace locations
• Oversee facilities management, workplace services, and office operations
• Establish workplace standards, policies, and operating procedures
• Create environments that promote collaboration, productivity, safety, and engagement
• Develop and own global workplace budgets, forecasting, and vendor strategy
• Lead office build-outs, renovations, relocations, and expansion projects
• Partner with Operations, IT, Finance, and Legal teams
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, security, and regulatory requirements
• Build and lead a high-performing workplace and facilities team

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or real estate
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Experience scaling workplace operations across multiple national or international locations
• Proven track record managing office expansions, build-outs, or relocations
• Strong understanding of facilities operations and vendor management
• Strong financial acumen and budget ownership experience
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
