Global Workforce Screening Associate

Responsibilities

• Review complex work and make decisions based on evidence and applicable criteria
• Analyze data to assess validity and compliance with policies, regulations, and guidelines
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the screening life cycle, including vendor initiation and case management
• Provide vendor oversight and identify necessary escalations
• Draft requirements and provide operational use cases for technology improvements
• Manage caseload within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Requirements

• 4 years of work experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Alteryx
• Ability to understand third-party case initiation and operational workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn US regulations, the criminal justice system, and credit reports
