About the role
Responsibilities
- Own net-new global revenue targets and design regional quotas and incentive structures
- Create and execute a comprehensive Global Non-Gaming Go-To-Market (GTM) plan
- Build tiered sales planning processes and oversee high-impact ABM strategies
- Maintain forecast integrity through rigorous pipeline inspection and data-driven forecasting
- Implement "At Risk" mitigation playbooks to identify and resolve sales cycle stalls
- Drive standardized coaching cadences and partner with RevOps for sales enablement
- Oversee global hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of senior sales talent
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AdTech/MarTech sales
- 6+ years in an executive leadership role (VP or above) managing global teams
- Deep technical understanding of the DSP/RTB ecosystem and privacy changes like SKAN
- Proven track record of executing GTM plans for new verticals resulting in significant revenue growth
- Experience partnering with RevOps to implement CRM rigor and forecasting models
- Ability to interpret complex performance data such as CPI, ROAS, and LTV
- Strong executive presence for navigating C-suite relationships at enterprise advertisers
