About the role
Responsibilities
- Own global revenue retention and maintain a low global churn rate
- Drive Share of Wallet (SOW) expansion through tiered account planning
- Act as the commercial lead for new product adoption within the existing client base
- Standardize global onboarding processes to ensure "First-Time-Right" launches
- Maintain forecast integrity and enforce account planning and QBR governance
- Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" to influence product roadmaps and TAM expansion
- Implement global "At-Risk" monitoring and intervention playbooks
- Lead and coach distributed global teams across Americas, EMEA, and APAC
- Document revenue workflows and manage global team scaling
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in AdTech/MarTech
- 5+ years of experience managing distributed global teams
- Deep understanding of the mobile programmatic ecosystem and cross-device marketing
- Proven ability to lead proactive, consultative revenue engines
- Experience partnering with RevOps to build forecasting and account planning frameworks
- Track record of influencing product roadmaps using client data
- Exceptional executive presence for C-level stakeholder engagement
