Global Vice President Finance & Controlling/CFO - Business Unit Moulded Glass

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the Business Unit CEO, driving sustainable value creation and business transformation.
• Take overall responsibility for the financial direction, including strategy development and the identification of key value drivers.
• Lead all M&A activities, including acquisitions, divestments, carve-outs, valuations, and integration processes.
• Manage performance through KPI systems, transparent analysis, and the implementation of margin optimization measures.
• Oversee integrated financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning.
• Manage liquidity, cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies while maintaining relationships with banks and investors.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and the effectiveness of internal control systems.
• Lead and transform the finance organization and manage stakeholders at the top management level.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification.
• More than 10 years of professional experience in senior finance leadership roles, ideally within an international environment.
• Proven experience leading complex, internationally oriented organizational units.
• Strong strategic expertise with a track record of developing and implementing business strategies.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to make decisive actions under uncertainty.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with high-level stakeholders and intercultural teams.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• High willingness to travel.
