Global Vice President Finance & Controlling/CFO - Business Unit Moulded Glass

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor and sparring partner to the Business Unit CEO on all financial and strategic matters
• Define and execute the financial strategy aligned with business objectives and shareholder expectations
• Lead strategic initiatives including portfolio optimization, investments, and growth programs
• Take full ownership of M&A activities, from evaluation and execution to integration or separation
• Drive performance management through robust KPI frameworks and business reviews
• Identify and deliver margin improvement, cost efficiency, and cash optimization initiatives
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning processes
• Ensure high-quality reporting to Group and senior stakeholders
• Manage liquidity, cash flow, and capital structure within Group guidelines
• Lead, develop, and transform an international finance organization

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Extensive experience in an international industrial or manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in strategic finance, business partnering, and transformation
• Strong M&A experience and capital markets exposure
• Ability to operate effectively within complex, matrix organizations
• Fluent in both German and English at a negotiation level
• High willingness to travel
