Global University Recruiting Manager and Program Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and own university recruiting strategy and execution across APJ and EMEA, driving proactive workforce planning and demand forecasting.
• Partner with the Director of Global University Programs to shape the global talent agenda and translate priorities into regional execution.
• Set strategic vision for sourcing, school strategy, employer branding, and communications using inclusive practices and AI-enabled recruiting solutions.
• Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to automate processes and scale best practices across regions.
• Design engaging candidate and intern experiences across digital, in-person, and hybrid touchpoints.
• Lead the design and execution of scalable intern and graduate onboarding and development programs, including budget and governance management.
• Drive strategic university partnerships and ecosystem relationships to align with HP’s business priorities and skills strategy.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in Human Resources, University programs, or Recruitment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a people management or team lead role.
• Proven experience leading complex, large-scale programs across multiple regions and markets.
• Experience leading teams through periods of ambiguity and organizational change.
• Fluency in English with strong business acumen and cross-cultural leadership capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data storytelling to drive decision-making.
• Strong AI fluency with the ability to identify practical use cases for automation and productivity.
