Global Treasury Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute financing transactions with banks and capital markets to secure funding for strategic initiatives.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of financing agreements and manage the company's debt portfolio.
• Maintain and manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
• Oversee and optimize cash flow, including forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring cash positions.
• Manage and coordinate intercompany funding and financial transactions to support global operations.
• Coordinate with international plants and operations to align financial practices and resolve cross-border issues.
• Evaluate hedging strategies to mitigate risks related to currency, interest rates, and commodity prices.
• Develop and manage supply chain financing programs and factoring solutions to optimize working capital.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience within the Automotive or Manufacturing industry.
• 6+ years of experience in Global or Corporate Treasury functions.
• 5+ years of experience in managing bank relations.
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level).
• Advanced or Native Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in German.
