Global Transformation AI Expert

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise-scale AI transformation programs, from strategy through execution and adoption
• Identify high-impact opportunities to leverage AI/ML, GenAI, and intelligent automation across global business functions
• Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions in partnership with technical teams
• Own program scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk for large, multi-year initiatives
• Establish governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting cadences to ensure transparency and control
• Drive change management efforts to embed AI agents into operational workflows and ensure sustained adoption
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights on progress, risks, and value realization

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of project or program management experience in large, global organizations
• Demonstrated experience delivering digital or technology transformation initiatives at scale
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Generative AI, LLMs, and automation
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as OpenAI, CoPilot, or Anthropic

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• Agile or hybrid delivery certifications
• Experience driving AI transformation in complex, matrixed enterprise environments
• Background working closely with data science or engineering teams
