Global Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in an intensive two-year leadership development program designed for young professionals and junior engineers
• Complete departmental rotations across at least two different functional areas to gain a comprehensive view of company operations
• Engage in real-world projects and gain direct experience within industrial manufacturing environments
• Collaborate with international teams to develop a global professional perspective
• Meet clear objectives and participate in periodic performance evaluations and personalized development plans
• Attend the TenarisUniversity Induction Camp for intensive international training

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, etc.), Science (Materials, Chemistry), or Social Sciences (Sociology, Psychology)
• 0–4 years of professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
