About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure production programs are completed by controlling load distribution among machines
- Coordinate the supply of raw materials based on established manufacturing programs
- Analyze and solve operating and non-operating problems, determining causes and corrective actions
- Control production to ensure quality and security standards are met
- Monitor budget compliance by participating in the definition of consumption standards and investments
- Collaborate with the maintenance area to ensure correct equipment functioning and identify potential improvements
- Analyze and recommend courses of action for complex technical topics
- Implement actions to meet energy consumption targets and goals
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering (Managerial, Mechanical, Chemical, Physical, Electric/Electronic, or Automation)
- Maximum age of 28 years
- Fluency in English
- Professional experience of less than two years
- Proactive attitude and high level of flexibility
