Global Trainee Program 2026

Responsibilities

• Participate in a strategic two-year rotation program across different sectors and leadership styles
• Complete technical and behavioral training, including an international experience at the TenarisUniversity Induction Camp (TUIC) in Argentina
• Undergo semi-annual 360° performance evaluations to accelerate professional development
• Develop and present a high-impact project to senior leadership during the program

Requirements

• Final semester of graduation or up to 4 years of experience in a relevant field
• Degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Accounting, IT, Psychology, Foreign Trade, or related areas
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power BI
• Knowledge of Spanish
