About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of maintenance plans for the assigned area
- Oversee the execution of maintenance activities to ensure time, cost, quality, and safety standards are met
- Ensure the availability of necessary materials, spare parts, and resources for projects
- Participate in the homologation process of new supplies and services
- Manage spare parts budgets, conduct stock counts, and analyze cost reduction options
- Analyze machine performance to identify defects and propose corrective or preventive actions
- Manage and update the maintenance information system
- Define procedures to optimize energy use and reduce resource consumption waste
- Comply with HSE procedures, perform inspections, and participate in incident investigations
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, or Automation Engineering
- Maximum age of 28 years
- Proficiency in the English language
- Professional experience of less than two years
- Proactive attitude and a flexible mindset
