Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive 4-year leadership development program designed to build future industrial leaders.
• Complete strategic rotations across various industrial and operational areas to gain diverse experience.
• Execute high-impact strategic projects within the business to drive real results.
• Undergo continuous training, including technical development, management skills, and specialized technological training.
• Engage in international visits to Ternium plants and operations in other countries.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a maximum of 2 years of professional experience.
• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronic, Materials, Chemical, Industrial, or Physics.
• Minimum GPA of 90.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong interest in developing a career within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
