About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality Employee Technology solutions to address complex business needs.
  • Formulate, define, test, and troubleshoot system configurations for End User Computing (EUC) systems.
  • Participate in global governance of EUC Technology standards by assessing products and providing advisory recommendations.
  • Own and manage incidents and problems to ensure prompt and effective resolution by engaging internal and external partners.
  • Manage and maintain an EUC Lab to facilitate project and service delivery.
  • Support end-to-end solution lifecycle activities, from discovery and planning through implementation and optimization.
  • Ensure all activities comply with governing regulations, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or a relevant field of study.
  • 5 years of IT experience within a highly regulated, global financial institution.
  • Expert knowledge in operating and supporting Windows Client Operating Systems in an Active Directory (AD) environment.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with End User Computing and system management tools such as Intune and SCCM.
  • Advanced understanding of Enterprise Desktop management practices and techniques.
  • Good understanding of the ITIL framework.
