About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute global trade and ERP-related projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations
- Define and document project scope, deliverables, requirements, and timelines aligned with enterprise objectives
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into functional specifications for Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) and related ERP platforms
- Act as a key liaison between Global Trade, IT, and external partners during system configuration, testing, and deployment
- Analyze import/export transactions and large data sets to identify compliance gaps and automation opportunities
- Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities for trade compliance processes
- Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation
- Prepare and present operational performance metrics and analytical insights to support continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in global trade compliance, import/export operations, or ERP-related project roles
- Advanced working knowledge of global logistics operations, customs regulations, and trade compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) or comparable GTM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, or Visio
- Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, import/export documentation, and Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum
- Ability to write SQL queries and develop macros to support analytics and reporting
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project management environments
