About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute global trade and ERP-related projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations
  • Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into functional specifications for Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) and Customs Management systems
  • Act as a key liaison between Global Trade, IT, and external partners during system configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Analyze import/export transactions and large data sets to identify compliance gaps and automation opportunities
  • Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities for trade compliance processes
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation to support change management
  • Prepare and present operational performance metrics and analytical insights to support continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in global trade compliance, import/export operations, or ERP-related project roles
  • Advanced working knowledge of global logistics operations, customs regulations, and trade compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) or comparable GTM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Excel, Power BI, Visio, Smartsheet, or JIRA
  • Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, import/export documentation, and Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project management environments
  • Ability to write SQL queries and develop macros to support advanced analytics and reporting
