Global Trade Project Analyst III

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute global trade and ERP-related projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into functional specifications for Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) and related ERP platforms
• Act as a key liaison between Global Trade, IT, and external partners during system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Analyze import/export transactions and large data sets to identify compliance gaps and automation opportunities
• Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities for trade compliance processes
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation
• Prepare and present operational performance metrics and analytical insights to support continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in global trade compliance, import/export operations, or ERP-related project roles
• Advanced working knowledge of global logistics operations, customs regulations, and INCOTERMS
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) or comparable GTM systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project management environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum
• Ability to write SQL queries and develop macros to support analytics and reporting
• Experience with Power BI, Visio, Smartsheet, or JIRA
