Global Trade Project Analyst III

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute global trade and ERP-related projects within scope and timeline
• Define project scope, deliverables, requirements, and timelines aligned with enterprise objectives
• Translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications for Oracle GTM and ERP platforms
• Track milestones, identify risks, and communicate status updates to leadership
• Act as a liaison between Global Trade, IT, and external partners during system deployment
• Analyze import/export data to identify compliance gaps and automation opportunities
• Coordinate system testing, UAT, and implementation for trade compliance processes
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and process documentation
• Prepare operational performance metrics and analytical dashboards
• Provide subject-matter guidance to junior analysts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in global trade compliance, import/export, or ERP systems
• Advanced knowledge of global logistics, customs regulations, and trade compliance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (Excel, Power BI, Visio, Smartsheet, JIRA)
• Experience with Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) or comparable systems
• Strong understanding of INCOTERMS and Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR)
• Ability to write SQL queries and develop macros is a strong advantage
