Global Trade Project Analyst III

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute global trade and ERP-related projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into functional specifications for Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) and related ERP platforms.
• Analyze import/export transactions and large data sets to identify compliance gaps, automation opportunities, and process efficiencies.
• Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities for trade compliance processes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and process documentation to support change management.
• Prepare and present operational performance metrics and analytical insights to support continuous improvement.
• Serve as a key liaison between Global Trade, IT, and external partners during system deployment and stabilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in global trade compliance, import/export operations, or ERP-related project roles.
• Advanced knowledge of global logistics operations, customs regulations, and trade compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) or comparable GTM systems.
• Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, import/export documentation, and Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and project management tools such as Power BI, Visio, Smartsheet, or JIRA.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum.
• Ability to write SQL queries and develop macros to support advanced analytics and reporting.
• Practical experience working in Agile or hybrid project management environments.
