Global Trade Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Determine tariff classifications for imported and exported goods and perform periodic reviews
• Communicate with vendors on Customs related matters to ensure compliance
• Qualify US Free Trade Agreements and advise the organization of changes
• Perform post entry audits of Customs entries including root cause and corrective actions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Compliance Procedures
• Ensure timely filing of post-entry reconciliation including voluntary tenders and protests
• Provide import, export controls, and supply chain security guidance to internal customers
• Perform Restricted Party & Diversion Risk Screening
• Review product documentation for correct Country of Origin designations
• Manage global Customs Brokers, including SOP/KPI development and QBR maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years customs experience in a large customs department or brokerage house
• Experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, ERP, GTS, TMS, and MRP software
• Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Customs Broker License is a plus
