Global Trade Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments of the trade compliance program at the Operating Company level
• Review classification, import, and export processes to identify gaps and implement improvements
• Act as an internal liaison for the USCBP Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) portal
• Create reports within PowerBI using data extracted from the ACE portal to facilitate auditing
• Manage export control screening tools, including user access, training materials, and custom reporting
• Consult on "Know Your Customer" (KYC) documentation and provide training to personnel
• Review audit reports, identify trends, and track remedial actions to completion
• Develop and deliver tailored training programs, webinars, and internal bulletins regarding trade regulations
• Interface with trade compliance tool suppliers to ensure efficient tool usage and timely updates

Requirements

• Prior experience with U.S. customs and trade compliance
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Demonstrated expertise with ACE Portal and PowerBI
• Experience with Descartes Visual Compliance or a similar global export control screening tool
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with international personnel
