Global TPM Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop training and build capability for each of the TPM Pillars
• Lead, teach, and coach others on implementing TPM capability across the Division
• Work closely with Plant Leadership and Operations/Maintenance teams to deploy TPM principles and implement Key Process Indicators
• Lead a continuous improvement culture by leveraging Lean, Digital Transformation, and Problem Solving capabilities
• Deploy, communicate, and manage TPM strategy across all TPM Champions and Regional Engineering Managers
• Standardize tools, functions, and reports in MAXIMO (CMMS) across the organization
• Maintain communications with APAC, EMEA, and NA regions to ensure consistency in standard methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Total Productive Maintenance Certification (Marshall Institute or equivalent)
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3-5 years of experience in TPM principles, methods, and systems
• Strong project management skills and training
• Proficiency in CMMS such as MAXIMO or equivalent
• Advanced proficiency in professional conversational English
• Ability to travel internationally (25% to 50%)

• Proven ability to communicate ideas clearly and gain support for organizational changes
