Global TP Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual profit monitoring processes across multiple jurisdictions
• Oversee entity profitability analyses and ensure accurate posting of intercompany charges
• Partner with Finance, Tax, and Regional Controllers to maintain alignment with global tax requirements
• Support and maintain audit-ready documentation for profit reviews and adjustments
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve data flow, reporting, and accuracy
• Serve as the primary liaison between global and regional stakeholders for operational transfer pricing matters
• Ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and company transfer pricing policies
• Support audits and internal reviews by preparing and providing relevant documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, intercompany accounting, or finance operations
• Strong understanding of transfer pricing principles and profit-level monitoring
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills
• Experience with ERP and consolidation systems such as SAP, Oracle, or HFM
• Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables across global time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation, data visualization, or analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, or Power Automate
• Experience using finance systems to extract and analyze data (e.g., JDE, Blackline, FCCS)
