Global Technology Financial Planning & Analysis - Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to support senior management decision-making.
• Maintain oversight of month-end results, annual forecasting, and multi-year budgeting processes.
• Partner with various Technology Finance & Business Management teams to provide insights into expenses, risks, opportunities, and efficiency programs.
• Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial results and present commentary to senior management and Tech CFOs.
• Produce executive presentations and supporting materials for key internal clients and strategic programs.
• Manage monthly corporate deliverables and interact with Firmwide P&A and Allocations teams.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies through automation and enhanced data integrity controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Information Systems (IS).
• 2+ years of professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical and data mining skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex data concisely.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a technology-focused environment.
• Background in the Financial Services industry.
