About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of tax figures for closings, forecasts, and planning, focusing on current tax, deferred tax, and effective tax rate monitoring.
- Ensure high-quality tax accounting under IAS 12 and contribute to transparent tax disclosures in Group financial statements.
- Support tax planning and cash monitoring by analyzing key drivers and major variations across the Group.
- Maintain and improve tax reporting tools, packages, and documentation for actuals and forecasting processes.
- Lead the preparation of regulatory reporting, including CbCR, and coordinate the implementation of Pillar Two requirements.
- Partner with Consolidation, Accounting, FP&A, and local finance teams to ensure consistent tax reporting and timely delivery.
- Contribute to the improvement of tax accounting processes and systems in support of the Group’s finance transformation roadmap.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in tax accounting, tax reporting, or corporate tax, ideally within an international group or advisory environment.
- Strong knowledge of tax accounting and reporting in an international IFRS environment, specifically IAS 12 and IFRIC 23.
- Experience working with consolidation or reporting tools and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a structured, analytical approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct exposure to Pillar Two implementation and readiness assessments.
