Global Talent Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee global recruitment operations to ensure efficient and high-quality hiring processes
• Personally manage the hiring process for senior and critical roles
• Lead and develop members of the Talent Acquisition team
• Transition into broader Talent Management responsibilities, including succession planning and internal mobility
• Integrate Talent Acquisition with learning and development areas such as competency frameworks and talent calibrations
• Define, review, and analyze recruitment KPIs and manage the global Talent Acquisition dashboard
• Support the organization's transformation toward a skills-based model

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or an equivalent field
• Several years of experience in a P&O/HR role with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
• First leadership responsibility and readiness to grow as a people leader
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments
• Strong analytical, consulting, and communication skills
• Fluent in both English and German
