Global Talent Attraction Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute Navan’s global talent attraction roadmap and scale the employer value proposition across priority markets
• Manage presence on key platforms including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Built In, and RepVue
• Plan and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns across paid media, social, events, and job boards
• Adapt channels and messaging for EMEA, APAC, and US markets
• Use talent insights, market mapping, and funnel data to improve candidate quality
• Create employer brand content for careers sites, social media, blogs, and multimedia
• Partner with Marketing, Design, Comms, and Senior Leadership to connect hiring needs with brand storytelling
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, contracts, and talent attraction workflows
• Support global referral, advocacy, and recruiter enablement programs

Requirements

• Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction
• Hands-on experience executing recruitment marketing campaigns across paid media and social channels
• Global mindset with ability to adapt strategy across diverse regional markets
• Understanding of talent insights, market mapping, and candidate behavior
• Experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and regional talent channels
• Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and contracts
• Strong content instincts and creative judgment
• Ability to use data to evaluate campaign ROI and optimize the recruitment funnel
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
