Global Talent Acquisition & Workforce Analyst

Responsibilities

• Optimize end-to-end recruiting processes to support hiring needs and enhance the global candidate experience
• Develop job descriptions using market research and AI tools to ensure brand consistency
• Build and manage candidate-centric platforms including job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS systems
• Support full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Manage candidate engagement channels and inbound inquiries across global time zones
• Create candidate marketing materials and multi-step drip campaigns to engage passive talent
• Partner with Marketing on employer branding initiatives
• Own and administer the ATS, driving global adoption and reporting enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related project work
• Experience with ATS platforms (Breezy HR, SuccessFactors, ADP)
• Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Indeed)
• Proficiency with data and productivity tools (Power BI, Microsoft 365)
• Exposure to AI tools (Copilot, OpenAI, LinkedIn AI Search)
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
